Postpartum Doula Support
Postpartum doula support involves helping integrate your new baby into the family and helping your family find a way of balancing with an additional member. A postpartum doula can also help with your physical or emotional recovery during the “fourth trimester”. This period of time can come with many unexpected challenges and having someone around to provide support and guidance can be especially useful.

Overnight Infant Care
Overnight postpartum doula services are so that you and your partner can get much needed rest. Doula Talena will tend to your baby’s every need so that you can relax and sleep soundly with the knowledge that your newborn is being well-cared for.
We will work together to plan a strategy for what will work best for you, your baby, and your family.
